How it works: Under the pump’s pressure warm milk flows through the cartridge fixed at the end of the hose with a clamp. Clear milk flows through the side filtering walls.
The filter looks like a food grade polypropylene tube formed by aerodynamic extrusion. The filter holder is made of Italian food grade stainless steel and looks like a bearing bar with a fixing place, lid and screw.
Filter walls tightness is guaranteed by complete absence of seams that prevent negative impact of possible pressure surges in the milk line. 30 layers winding of polypropylene thread filters all 30 μm impurities out of the milk.
- Install the filter on the hose after the pump
- Insert the filter element into the fixing place and fasten the cover with the screw
- Install the housing into the milking system by connecting the inlet and outlet connections to the appropriate couplings
- Milk enters the filter housing through the inlet pipe and passes under pressure through the filter cartridge.
! The seals for the clamps must fit exactly into the slots on the housing cap and on the branch pipes, then the housing will be completely sealed
! The filter is installed after the pump
- Use UVMILK® Moby filter to prevent dissolution of impurities and a raise of bacterial cell count.
- After the declared amount of milk passes through the filter, remove the cartridge and dispose of it together with other solid waste.
- Use one filter cartridge for declared amount of milk only or no more than 5 hours to prevent bacterial growth and milk going sour.
- Wash the milking system each time and use a new filtering cartridge for each milking.

Farm in Ulyanovsk region, 2000 liters of milk per day
To deliver milk to a diary farm we pour it into one milk tanker with the neighboring farm. But we used to have some dirt in our milk from time to time, which made the whole tanker contaminated. The problem was solved with UVMILK® Moby mobile filter. We put filters on the hose while pumping from the tanker, so now it's all fine.
Family farm in Leningrad region, 400 liters of milk per day
We own a small family farm with no milk pipe, so we do almost everything by hand. We deliver our milk to a cheese dairy which has very high accepting standarts.
