UVMILK® SL Slotted filter housing for preliminary purification of milk
In stock
- Resistant to corrosion, chemicals, mechanical stress and high temperatures thanks to 3 mm thick Italian stainless steel.
- The cap connects to the body with a clamp, which doesn’t have thread grooves where dirt and bacteria can remain even after rinsing.
- Easy to rinse thanks to obtuse angles of the pipes and mirror polish.
- Quick installation and disassembly of the case thanks to clamp connections that can be disassembled in a minute.
- Silicone seals prevent fluid leakage and make the housing completely tight.
- Suitable for any equipment thanks to standard mountings
How it works: The dirty milk is fed through the side inlet pipe into the filter housing. Then under the pump’s pressure it flows through the cartridge from the periphery to the center. Finally, through the outlet in the bottom cap you get clear liquid with no impurities.
- Install the filter to the milk line at a 90 degree angle.
- Cut the pipe (hose) where you are going to install the housing, and fasten the connection kit with clamps or weld it.
- Install the housing into the milking system by connecting the inlet and outlet connections to the caps and to the filter housing.
- Milk enters the filter housing through the side inlet pipe and passes under pressure through the filter cartridge. Pure milk comes out through the outlet in the bottom cap.
! The seals for the clamps must fit exactly into the slots on the housing cap and on the branch pipes, then the housing will be completely sealed
! The filter is installed after the pump
- To avoid hydraulic impact, after you install the filter first open the "ВХОД" (inlet), and then, when the housing fills up with milk, gradually open the "ВЫХОД" (outlet).
- The seals for the clamps must fit exactly into the slots on the housing cap and on the branch pipes, then the housing will be completely sealed.
- The silicone seals in the housing should be replaced 2 times a year.
