How it works: UVMILK® Filtering Fabric looks like a cloth with special short staple and continuous fibers with a diameter of 6 to 20-30 microns, subjected to internal combing. The size of the through pores between the filaments reaches 550 microns. The fibers of the fabric are obtained by self-beating or mechanical entanglement using a needle-punching method. As a result, a pile is formed on the surface of the weave or covered in different directions of individual fibers, due to which the maximum filtration efficiency is achieved.
• Place the Filtering Fabric on a container for milk storage. Fix the cloth tightly on the edges of the container with clamps to prevent milk spillage
• Pour dirty milk through Filtering Fabric
• Rinse Filtering Fabric after filtration with a large stream of warm water. After rinsing, the canvas can be reused
- Use UVMILK® Filtering Fabric right after milking while milk is warm to prevent dissolution of impurities.
- Rinse Filtering Fabric after filtration with a large stream of warm water. After rinsing, the canvas can be reused.
- UVMILK® Filtering Fabric should be disposed of together with other solid waste after using.
- To make the UVMILK® Filtering Fabric work more efficiently an additional level of filtration like UVMILK® SL Sieve dairy filter is recommended prior to it.
