Types of UVMILK filter housings
Milk filters
The UVMILK company is a developer of milk filtration technology. In 2004, we invented and patented a filtration device, which made it possible to ensure effective purification from mechanical impurities and mastitis products.
The range of UVMILK filter equipment includes housings for preliminary, coarse, fine and ultra-fine purification of any volume of milk. Using a set of adapters, any housing can be easily mounted into a milk pipeline.
Food filters
Food filter housings produced by UVMILK are designed for the purification of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products with a wide range of structures and viscosities. Additionally, filters contribute to the homogenization of the filtered medium.
The design of the housings is made in such a way that there are no “blind” zones on the surface that are inaccessible to CIP and SIP washing. Replacing threaded connections with quick-release clamp connections allowed us to provide an additional guarantee of cleanliness.
Thermally bonded filters
Sock, bag and sleeve filters help purify milk and whey, vegetable and mineral oils, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, starch milk, syrups, air, adhesives and paints, reagents and petroleum products.
The angular housing of the sock filter is equipped with a spring onto which the filter is placed. The sleeve filter can be installed either in the housing of the sock filter using an adapter, or in a special direct-flow housing of the sleeve filter. The bag filter is used in the basket filter housing.
Water filters
Industrial UVAQUA filters are used to purify water to acceptable levels for domestic, drinking, industrial and technological needs in enterprises with medium and large daily water consumption.
Water filters of preliminary, coarse, fine and ultra-fine degrees of purification eliminate mechanical and chemical impurities. Combined filters allow you to eliminate impurities invisible to the eye and significantly increase water transparency.
Fuel filters
At oil refineries of the fuel and energy complex and at enterprises' own fuel storage facilities, UVPETROL fuel filters are used to remove solid inclusions, salts, coke, scale, and clots.
For customer convenience, fuel filters can have clamp, threaded and flange connections. The tightness of the housings and connections of filters in this line is ensured by gasoline-resistant seals of the appropriate type.
Chemical filters
Chemical filter housings produced by UVMILK are made of stainless steel AISI 304, 316, 321 and their analogues, which eliminates chemical and ionic interaction even with highly aggressive liquid and gaseous media.
A variety of materials for steel, extrusion and bag filters allows you to choose the optimal solution for removing solids, “gels”, dried polymers, shavings and to achieve a uniform consistency.
Air filters
Important components of the production process at our clients’ enterprises are the organization of air exchange in rooms and workshops, the generation of steam and compressed air, and the purification of atmospheric emissions.
Depending on the purpose, area of application and installation location, UVAIR air filters differ in design, resistance and materials used, which determine the throughput and operating temperature.
Multi-level filters
When creating new technologies, we closely study customer requests and the characteristics of their production. In our work we rely on scientific research, advanced engineering developments and management experience.
For customers whose production lines are small, multi-level filters have been developed that combine several levels of purification in one housing. Previous levels of purification increase the effectiveness of subsequent ones.
Multi-level systems
The use of multi-level filtration systems makes it possible to organize continuous purification of large volumes of liquids for a long time without increasing pressure and load on the pipeline and equipment components.
Standard options for UVMILK multi-level filtration systems include cascade, parallel and multi-level filtration systems. Further modification of these systems is possible by adding housings and components.
Components
The standard package of housings includes the body of the housing, covers, sets of clamp clamps or flanges, and seals. Filter elements are selected for a specific task and are supplied additionally.
At the request of customers, the following are added to the standard package: a support fastening system, instrumentation, and additional sets of seals. It is possible to replace threaded clamp connections with flange and coupling connections.
Housing repair
Changed foreign economic realities have led to difficult and lengthy deliveries of foreign equipment. In this regard, the UVMILK company has established the production of import-substituting products according to international standards.
The constantly expanding machine park with CNC machines, laser and roller welding allows us to repair, modernize and manufacture filter equipment according to samples and special orders.
Production according to special orders
When ordering filter housings from UVMILK, you can select characteristics in accordance with the requirements of your production line. Along with standard items, we produce housings with a wide range of parameters.
The type of filter housing is selected in accordance with the type of medium being filtered, its viscosity, volume, and amount of contaminants. The selection of the method of fastening the covers and pipes takes into account the flow pressure. For aggressive filtrate, chemical-resistant materials are recommended.

- Attach the filter element to the seat of the lower housing cover.
- Place the silicone seal exactly into the groove of the metal part of the lid.
- Connect the housing and the bottom cover with the filter element and secure with a clamp.
- Place the silicone seal along the top edge of the housing and install the cover.
- Close the filter cover tightly and secure the structure with a clamp.
- To connect the housing to the filtration line, use mating parts.
