Filter effectively purifies from mechanical dashes(98%), rests of milking and remains of mastitis by absorbing through elements of variable density. Filter promotes the rise of milk grade that brings you an obvious benefits and prevents high acidity. Density, fats and proteins during filtration stay immutable.

Subtle filter of milk refinement – changeable purifying element, made from special certificated material – polypropylene- allowed for using in food industry. Filter body is made from stainless steel 12X18H10T. Subtle milk filter propers sanitary hygiene requests and norms(Certificate # 36.ВЦ.40.229.П.002901.08.06 from 14/08/2006). Patent filtering device has no analogy in Russia and abroad.

The maximum working pressure during pumping through filter is up to 25 atmospheres, the output by this pressure is up 300 liters per minute. Filter purifies up to 5 tones of warm milk depending of it soiling. During filtration of cold milk this index reduces to 30%.

Filter is counted for 5 tones of milk, it’s 125mm of length and has inlet and outlet sockets of O25, O32, O38mm in diameter like most farming pipes.

Application of use for filters:

Subtle filter sets up in filter body before milking. Filter needs to be extracted after purifying of morning or midday milk, than it is being rinsed in water after that it stays in salt water till next milking. Filter is not being used after evening milking and it as to be utilized.

Warning!

1. Filter is not for use for more than a day cause of bacteria insemination.
2. It is necessary not to implicate the inlet and outlet sockets. Milk is to turn to changeable element, no to come out directly when filter doesn’t show up.

Presented filter can be used the next way:

1. After cooler(in way it exists) — filter is installed on the pipe’s end and fixed with clamp.

2. On outlet pump before outlet pipe — in this case the same pipe works for milk inlet and outlet.

3. Before milk float( without cooler) — on the end of pipe.

4. On milk float when the pump is set up on float then the end of pipe sinks in it.

5. On every level of technological line of milking where milk is given under pressure.
